I've tried to play today, suddently I got a pop-up window saying I should accept the new Privacy terms, which I did, and the pop-up got stuck so I closed it.

After the main screen was shown for choosing between Trios/Duos, I keep getting \"Complete orientation matches\" in any game mode. I try to select Trios as the default option and it won't start.

Please your support. It's stuck there.

I'm having the same issue as well. I was literally about to start a new topic until I saw yours. Really hoping for a fix here. Everytime I try to even complete an orientation match (which I shouldn't have to since I have hundreds of hours on the game), the game doesn't start.

Been playing apex for a little on my pc now, I am level 311. For some reason today my game crashed and when I logged back in, it said I need to do my orientation matches as a level 311 player and I am unable to access ranked. When I go to do these matches it won't ready up, so I am stuck unable to play, what should I do?

I've got the same issue, stuck in \"Complete orientation matches\".

I also got this bug.  I lost my ranked game and was greeted with you must complete ranked matches to queue.  Nothing I've tried fixes it.  You can queue for training and firing range but that ends up doing nothing.  In addition, when you join a friend, they will appear as a level 1 (to you) and have no stats.  So clearly something is just not loading correctly

I’m level 332 and was playing last night. I just logged on and it says I’m level 332 but it says I can’t play ranked and wants me to do orientation matches? I’ve reset the game, the console and checked for updates and I still can’t play anything other than orientation matches 

I have been playing since Season 14. I woke up today to find, that I can't join any matches. It says Orientation Matches.

I click Ready, it starts matchmaking, then cancels. I am stuck on the menu.

I tried changing servers, no change.

I tried repairing the game, no change too.

I recently linked my Prime account to my EA account and when I went to play Apex, I could only play orientation matches as if I had never played before.

Everything else was the same with my account. My level was the same, available skins, control settings, friends lists, etc. It is not recognizing that I am ranked and have played before.

Loaded up apex and it says I need to do orientation. I am level 167 and it won’t even let me play the orientation. The only thing that works is the training grounds and the firing range. 
I have restarted my ps5 2 times and restarted the game like 5 time. When my squad mates join it says they are level 1. Happening in north Idaho. 

Hello,I'm new to the apex but not really new because I have over 480+ games played in BR mode and I was queining with my new friend to apex,but he also did orientation matches,and we played like 3 or 4 matches in normal duo mode,and then I switch my legend(Idk does that have anything with that)from Fuse to Pathfinder and then our que was not possible because there was message that I have to complete Orientation matches and I leave party,try to que but like its in que for 2 3 sec and I got automaticly kicked from que. Only other 2 things I can do is Firing range and training. Can somebody help me please,because idk what is going on RN.
