I believe this is a known issue, and should be fixed in an upcoming Patch.

However, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to resolve this?

I got the same issue but happens in most game modes when the round ends and starts to load a new map. My only solution so far has been alt + f4.

Like my previous post stated, this is a known issue.

Hopefully this will be resolved with the December 4th Patch that's coming.

Patch came and went and it still happens in every game mode.  Now what?

If you turn off everything in Origin,

ingame origin, cloud crap and anything else that runs, It stops most of the lockups on the loading screens

I understand this is frustrating, and it should have been addressed in the December 4th Patch we had before the Holidays.

However, there is another Update this Month, that should hopefully address this ongoing issue with Loading Screens.

Hopefully we'll have a date soon as to when the Update will be.
