Stuck in loading screen when Joining Online.

When I try to load into Online from the main menu, I get stuck in the graffiti art loading screen. The green bar fills all the way but it never actually loads into the game. I have waited up to 40 minutes the other day and it never loaded.

I have done these steps to try and fix it:
1. Verified my files through Steam
2. Cleared the Origin cache
3. Reinstalled the game
4. Followed the EA game connectivity basic and advanced guides

I have no idea what else I can do. Story mode loads up very quickly and never without an issue but Online gets stuck EVERY time. If anyone has experienced this or has any other ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey, @YungLMFAO  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with NEED FOR SPEED™ Unbound and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have? 

Let me know if this works or not for you.

Tried a clean boot and got nowhere. All overlay apps are disabled as well.

What kind of network set up do you have, what's your ISP and in what country?

sorry for the delay. Could try to use a 4g device as a network dice and if the same thing happends, make its not connected to the wifi. @YungLMFAO
