Stuck in Lobby after purchasing apex coins via Origin

Hello,

Apex Coins were unable to purchase ingame. So I purchased them via Origin while Apex was still open. 

Now I'm stuck in the Lobby and can't continue.

@fatmanbreathing You can close this thread. I have the fix.

Simply switch servers to a very bad ping, like Singapur (360ms) in my case, then go into firing range, then go back to lobby, close the game.

Start the game anew, switch back to your home server and voila, it works again.

Hey @fatmanbreathing  We are aware of Frozen screen issue after buying apex coins or receiving a reward and something that is  being investigated!

I need help as I followed the given instructions (changing servers) but still I'm frozen and stuck. I seriously need help or a refund as soon as possible.

@mrmtfker Did you switch the servers to a location with a very high ping?
