Thank you for tip I uninstalled rog gamefirst my game seems to be working again, or at least more often now.

I uninstalled my graphics driver (416.97) and then installed version 416.81, but without success

I’ve got the exact same issue no menus nothing like you just an endless loop. Live chat operator just ended my session about it... was trying to revert back to a previous GPU driver at the time. I don’t think it’ll help in all honesty...

It appears you're on an older version of Windows 10 (version 1804). Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but there were some hefty DirectX 12 updates in the October 2018 (version 1809) update. If you're able to, please try a Windows Update to see if that has a positive effect on your main menu issue.

i update my windows and it works.
i used this "https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10" to update my windows.
