Stuck at login screen xb1

I have this game on xbox. I get to the title/login screen, when i press a to log in, it gives me a loading wheel, which promptly goes away and is replaced by the sign in box appearing once again. This has been about three straight hours now. I have restarted the game, restarted my console, restarted my modem/router, and uninstalled/reinstalled the game 3 times now. Any ideas anyone?
