Stuck at 99.99% in game download.

the downloader is stuck at 99.99% so i can't leave starter planets. i have tried to redownload same result.

Can only suggest ensuring launcher.exe and swtor.exe are in the exception lists for the antivirus and firewall.

reboot the PC, router and modem for good measure too.

Can try a game repair per this link to see if it then triggers correctly, failing that the only other way i know is to switch to non streaming per this link as it isnt possible to be stuck like that with non streaming
