Stuck at 100% with no play button [ Edited ]

hello,i cant launch the game.Yesterday wanted to play after a long time,so the new update started downloading /instaling and it got to 100 %,but the play button is not available,as if its stuck on 100 % and isnt registering.when i exit the launcher it says its currently patching and am i sure i want to exit the launcher.Any help?

Have you tried this guide  for stuck at 100% found in the troubleshooting guide section ?
