Streak Reset after DC (Have video)

Evening Staff,

I am making this post in regards to my Apex Elite streak being reset after a disconnection. Usually, code leaf appears and my streak is left alone. This time was different, and this was not the first time my streak reset while trying to get it up. I lost it yesterday and grinded out 32 streak TODAY again and lost it.

I have already contacted EA support which directed me here to post on the forums for your team to review it. I would like this issue to be handled and the streak given back. /:

Our staff is unfortunately not capable of readjusting streaks or granting credit to the challenges. We must ask players to attempt it again.
