Strange Targeting Issue

Strange Targeting issue:

This has been going on for awhile. I am clearly targeting enemy, clearly in range of Force Leap (which costs zero focus), if I reset and reload keybindings it will work as intended for awhile but then randomly stop functioning. I can mouse target the enemy and it will work until I tab to another target and i will be treated with the "no target" message again. Anyone having a similar issue or know a fix?

Yes, I am running a non-streaming client and there was no files to repair. Thanks for getting back to me.
