Story won’t load on PlayStation. [ Edited ]

Recently download NFS Payback from the PlayStation store and it launches and loads to the menu but when i try to resume the prologue(launch the story mode) it goes to the loading screen, the loading icon freezes and closes the app and shows an error message. I’ve tried re downloading and restarting the PlayStation.

If the following does not help you, please post the exact error message you are seeing.

Please boot your console in safe mode and then choose option 5, Rebuild Database.

Note, this process can take a long time so maybe try it at the end of the day and let it run overnight.

The safe mode-rebuild did not solve the issue. The error code is CE-34878-0

The next step is to uninstall and reinstall the game.
