Still haven't recived battlepass after a month

When the season came out i bought the the season 5 battlepass but i have still not received it event though the currency got used.

@IfYouKillMeUrBad Do you have proof of said transaction on bank statement to ensure it did go through? Some banks do flag and hold unusual payments its not use to seeing.
