I have already contacted support through email and sent all of my screenshots. The support I emailed said that the transaction is VERIFIED on their end yet the 30-day subscription time has not yet been added to my account. I need help because the support did not add the subscription time to my account. I cannot afford to do an overseas call because that would take a lot of money on my end.
If the support already verified the transaction and accepted all of the screenshots how come they still did not apply the 30-day sub?
Steam already shows that the purchase is successful.

The support agent you spoke to couldnt add the game time as the linked EA account was disabled at the time, support can see that is sorted now and are adding the game time to your account.
if your logged in the game at present you will need to log out and back in again
