EA SPORTS FC™ 24 gifted on steam from another account to mine

Ultimate Edition is listed as an add-on, it gets added onto the base game (automatically). Is that not showing up somewhere?

same for me too, on the ea app it says I don't even have it downloaded and that I have to preload it...

I bought with pre order ultimate edition  on steam and on EA APP it shows me that I have standard edition

I have had that with other games too, that it showed as standard edition and the ultimate edition content showed as addon.

Hey, not a solution i have the right version in my steam i checked it its a problem with ea app so not steam. There was most likely a problem with converting data from Steam to Ea, steam cant help with that.

Any update guys? im having the same problem, even with ea apps it says that I had a standard edition.
