Steam Ultimate Edition Ea App says normal Edition

I refunded ea fc 24 to get the ultimate edition through Steam but the ea app says I still have the normal edition even after buying ultimate edition. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey,  If you haven't received the correct version after the purchase, please make sure to check your preorder status with Steam Support and claim your Ultimate edition content on Steam to unlock it.

I have to ask you, said Steam. It is registered on Steam that I bought Ultimate. If you look at the attachments, you will notice that until two days ago, there was the ultimate game in my ea account. Hello i am appealing to you because i got the game on steam gifted from my wife's account! Payed 99,99 Euros for ultimate edition and to be sure i will be given those 7 days and the afferent fifa points for this transaction,instead it seems there are issues with my comand and you can check my pics to confirm the real thing.In EA App it shows i have standard edition but in the steam transactions it shows i have bought ultimate edition at 99,99 as a gift for my account and also i lack the fifa points as shown in the  FUT Web App picture.

 What should i do as i want to ensure myself that it is okay and i will get the early acces after the midnight and get the afferent points???

Hi,

I got a small problem, my grilfriend gifted me FC24 Ultimate Edition and i got a gift code. After i reedem the code and instaling i saw that my fifa is standard edition and i will get the game on 29 nov instead of tomorrow. But when i installed the game it says Ultimate Edition and i entered on web app to my account and i got the 4600 FP.So is the Ultimate Edition but in the EA App appears as Standard Edition.

i bought eafc 24 ultimate edition on steam. since i have my ea account connected to steam, i have eafc 24 on the ea app as well. but on ea it says that i have the standard version instead of the ultimate edition that i bought. is this a visual glitch or what? another issue that i have is that i cannot launch eafc 24 on steam. i live in new zealand and it is currently the 22nd of september but i still cannot launch the early access. can someone please help me with this issue?
