Steam Ultimate Edition Shows Standard Edition [ Edited ]

Hello i have bought Ea Fc via Steam and bought the ultimate Edition,

I checked the ea App and it says new Ea Fc on Steam Standard Edition, but on Steam i bought the ultimate Edition. Is it a visual bug or did they do something wrong after implementing ea fc on ea app again.

Hey,  If you haven't received the correct version after the purchase, please make sure to check your preorder status with Steam Support and claim your Ultimate edition content on Steam to unlock it.

Hello, I bought the Ea FC 24 Ultimate Edition via Steam but the Ea App display shows me the standard edition what is the solution to this problem?

The Ea Support said that it can take several days and some TOS stuff which was explained 0% ..... worst company ever XD

 its not about the time its about the version it is normal i didnt got my fifa points in the webapp and it says standard edition but bought ultimate edition

I am so frustrated about this company. I bought EA FC 24 Ultimate Edition from Steam on August,14. First, I wouldn't be able to download the game. Then, the game has been removed from my EA app. Now it appeared again but it says I preordered the standard edition!!!! I want this problem to end, but I need help from some EA members.
