Steam Subscription Star Wars the old republic

Good Morning,

Went and downloaded SWTOR on Steam (was using the launcher in SWTOR for ages but wanted to test it). Bought also the 60 days time card on Steam and well, nothing wrong happened here. Once i logged in however in to my account via launcher, the subscription is non existing.

SWTOR ID : Katarxo

Steam : sorowx

Dont really know if this is what you need.

I dont suppouse you happen to know how long it takes for this support to answer ? 

Since its a time subscription, time is counting hehe.

now if you sent the email from the email linked to that swtor account it looks like it didnt arrive so maybe resend from a different email domain ( be sure to mention the swtor username in the email)

also your EA account linked to that swtor account is still disabled and is the cause of the purchase failure, that EA account uses the same email as on your swtor account and needs a password reset 

use https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword to reset the password on that EA account , and login to that account , that should restore purchasing on the swtor account
