Stawars battlefront 2 Xbox one won't lauch help!!!

★★★ Newbie

My game is not launching,  star wars battlefront 2. It won't even read the disk, I've clean it and checked for scratches and nothing. Turn on the game system on and off. My Xbox one system is still new. If anybody knows what else I could do please let me know.

Hey @snipebangers123  sorry for the late response, try control cycle the console and if that doesn't work do a clear local and cloud data for SWBF2 on your Xbox.

How to control cycle the console:

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  3. Plug the console power cable back in.
  4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
Let us know if that helps out.

Hey @RebelKillShot66, do you get a error code when trying to start the game?
