Starwars Squadrons freezes on end user agreement PS4

Im unable to access multiplayer because as soon as the end user agreement pops up all controllers freeze. I am unable to hit any button and I'm forced to close the game completely and restart.

@EA_Atic that didn't work for me. What worked for me was backing up my PS4, reinitialising, checking for system update and restoring.

Same here. After the user agreement, all I see is that checkered loading icon for like 30 minutes already.

Hey @kosenSagara @Ryux123 could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.

Power cycle the PS4 system

1. Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.

@EA_Atic  that did not solve the problem, but It did resolve itself finally with a dualshock controller after 2 days.
