Startup Failure

When I try to startup Titanfall 2, I get this error message: The video device failed to initialize because it doesn't support the required features. This game requires a DirectX 11.0 feature level video card. I have DirectX 12.0 on my computer though. How could I fix this and would I be able to fix it without administrator privileges?

@CrimsonEclipse00 Are you using an AMD card?

If so please try these steps:

1) Go to Programs and uninstall AMD Catalyst. Make sure to delete all AMD software and drivers/.
2) Delete any other AMD software in your programs such as  ASUS Smart Doctor, a
3) Go to your device manager, right click on your GPU and uninstall so that all drivers are deleted.
4) Restart your computer and reinstall  AMD catalyst.

Let me know how you get on.
