I just bought star wars squadrons on epic games/origins, every time I try to start the game it says, "Failed to start the game ( 2 )"

Its a recuring issue since one and a half month.

On your side, turn it off is not enough ; the only thing that works is to uninstale the anti-virus, but it's absolutly not recommanded.

For that reason, the only thing thaty is absolutly recommanded to do is to wait a patch that will fixe the issue for the third (fifth ?) time.

What have people tried to make this work?  I have tried to put the launcher on every white list I can find in Webroot and still NEGRES.  Anyone know how to see what ports are being used by the game and try to open them up?  Or is the conflict before it tries to connect to the servers?

EA DICE Team

I'm closing this thread to stop it from being necroed.

If you have any issues with Star Wars: Squadrons, please make a new topic about your problems and what kind of steps you have tried to solve them.

@Nejaa_H_thefirst can you clear the Origin cache and see if that helps.
