Star Wars Battlefront ''you are not allowed to online features''

I just installed my star wars battlefront and when i join game it says im offline/you are not allowet to acces online feature, some pople says this is because of under age but my acc is not child locket. i can play titanfall 2 but not star wars. Im on PC
