Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass refuses to install.

I tried downloading the battlefront season pass on Ps4.It says 'installed'in the store but keeps saying 'waiting to install'in my downloads queue.Also when i try to access the outer rim DLC to download it it jjst says 'buy now'and when I click on it nothing happens at all.Have tried rebuilding database and restoring licences.Please help

@Platinum199 Hey, can you try restoring licenses then try again?

If you search the Season Pass in the PlayStation store on the website are you able to add it to your download queue? https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0006-CUSA00640_00-SEASONPASS000000

Try a power cycle with your console by touching the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice). Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game. 

Check to make sure that you have enough space on your hard drive for the installation.

I just bought the season pass. Have tried the suggestions on this page but still cannot open the specific battles. It says installed but we cannot open. Thoughts?
