Star Wars: Battlefront II won't launch with different internet provider

Hello guys!

I've been having this issue lately when I am unable to play the game at home because it refuses to launch (see the error message included). The thing is when I am away from home in another apartment the game launches just fine. I'm using a cable in both cases. Any idea what could be the problem?

Hey, @unfriendlycactus 

Try to do a clean boot to see if there any programs messing with Origin and take a look on our connective guide. 

Let me know if this works or not for you.

Thank you for your response. I tried to do as you suggested but sadly no change happened. SW is not the only game that does this, also Magic: The Gathering Arena does the same. But no other games, just these two at home. No problems on other places.

Hey @unfriendlycactus  so all of this started with change of ISP for you? Did you try to open ports for SWBF2 with your ISP?

Hello, sorry for the delay.

I always had troubles with port forwarding so even if I probably did that, it is not correctly set up.

EDIT: Now the same thing happens for Apex Legends. I think I am out of ideas now.
