Star Wars Battlefront II crashes right when I open it!

Whenever I try to open the game I get this message.

Detected AMD Radeon driver version 0.0.0 the required driver version is 18.5.1 (18.10.16) or later. Please update your drivers at http://www.amd.com/ before playing the game.

Please help me I have tried reinstalling origin but can't find anything anywhere on how to fix this.

If I remember correctly, this is a minimum hardware issue. I suggest you check SWBF2 system requirements against what you are currently using.
