Hi geminiman123, I was reading on other posts that other people were re-installing older graphics drivers to run it.
I am using AMD, I downloaded drivers from November last year and turned the Shader Cache on and off in Radeon Settings ( Gaming, Global settings )

Pretty amazed that it actually worked. I had a little bit of stuttering for the first 30 seconds, but now it's all back to normal.

Just remember to do the Shader cache on and off thing. Just downloading older drivers didn't do anything for me until I did that.

So i got amd drivers to and i went back to a prevoius update ans it helped a little but its still laggy any sugestion?

Yeah I went to a previous one, and it didn't work originally.

I then used the specific one that the other person was talking about.

Give that a go and try the Shader cache thing as well. Give it a while when you try it as well. Mine took maybe 30 seconds before it started running normally and it has been perfect since then.
