Star Wars Battlefront 2 Rubber Banding Problem (PS4)

When I bought the game on Friday, I hopped on multiplayer and almost immediately noticed the weird rubber band lag I was getting. At first I thought this was my connection, but I ran a internet test connection and saw that I had a high download and upload speed. I don't know what else could be causing this problem, please someone help!

What about actual people using rubber bands during games? What is EA doing about that. Played heroes vs villains and ideologic_ was taking up space and characters by using this trick!?
