I saw that the DXdiag was a old upload.

If its not fixed, we are going to do a Complete wipe of your Nvidia Drivers, it has to be done in Windows Safe mode or else it won't remove all of it.

Let me know if you want that, I have the Complete guide somewhere

Ill just have to find it from my Nvidia Transcripts.

It may be worthwhile trying the following Hotfix drivers, specifically for players with certain GTX 1060 cards:

When you run the installation, choose Advanced/Custom and then select Clean Install (which will fully remove any previous driver components).

Yeah I tried that to begin with but Nvidia Support then gave me a Mirror to a older Drive because they had issues with the new driver that they were working on.
But yeah it is worth a try.

So far it works. In full screen the screen is blinking but in windowed mode it is working. Thanks
