Hey @KaZ-13Foxtrot to start with can you ensure that One Drive is not running and that the game has access to your C drive and that the location it is saving to has read and write privileges.

The save location is generally located at C/users/name/AppData/EA/name of game

@EA_Darko what's the best way to ensure the game has access to my C drive?

the game hasn't created a save folder anywhere for me...

Edit- did a quick test and installed another origin game, it created the save folder in app data without issue.

Hey @hero0fcant0n did you check your system to see if you can locate where the settings file is being saved?

@EA_Darko  Feeling kinda dumb... how do I do that?

Everything I'm seeing says it should go into app data or my documents, and it's not hitting either of those. I also ran a search for the folder and didn't find it elsewhere.

Hey @hero0fcant0n you can normally find the file located in C:\Users\username\Documents\STAR WARS Squadrons

@EA_DarkoDoes this folder normally contain CrashDumps, RimeTemp, and Screenshots? I found that folder, but there's no settings in there. It apparently never created the file.

@hero0fcant0nHey there.

It may be that the file is hidden.  You can check by backing up 1 folder, then right click and check properties.  If a file is there, hidden or not, it will show in properties..

@Major-Band1tgood idea! Unfortunately, checking properties confirms its just the 3 folders.

Can you check if you have One Drive running @hero0fcant0n and then check your One Drive to see if it is there.

I'll install Squadrons later on and let you know how I get on with finding the file.
