Squad Battles problem
Product: FIFA 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? nobri98
Which mode has this happened in? FIFA Ultimate Team
Which part of the mode? Squad Battles
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 08/03/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:30 am and 2:00 pm
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play squad battles
What happens when the bug occurs? Kicks me out of EA and gives me automatic 0-3 loss for DNF. Even though I am winning (ex 2-0 first half). Also uses consumables!!!
What should be happening instead? Allowing me another chance at winning the game like I was and giving me back the consumables.
Problems you need to fix. I am getting screwed out of Squad Battle Ranking and rewards!!

Hey @nikatnite127 it sounds like you may be having issues with your connection. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.
