Spent $20 on madden points and didn’t receive anything

So I bought points earlier (maybe 3 o’clock and now it’s 8:30) and still haven’t received them! Tried contacting EA via twitter and requested a chat where I sat there for an hour and nothing happened. Really need help with this because I feel like I just got money stolen from me.
