Broken sound in the game. Resembles on a permanent whistling in the whole game. Reinstallation of the game and sound drivers don't help. In other games I didn't found any sound problems. Please suggest solution, because I can't play.

Hello @gorgerry ,  Thanks for the report. 

Might be a IR Conflict.

I would try turning off your sound card. ( In device manager, ) Nvidia may have it's own sound device and your PC too. 

Reboot,  then launch the game with no sound. After it loads up, quit.  Then turn your reenable the sound devices. Reboot to clear the conflict and try again.
