Sound issue (PC)

After todays update when ever a plane flys low above my head then all I can hear is the bloody plane 
Also the game is more unstable than ever 
Please sort out the bloody plane noise fast

I have a real bug. A plane or trunk noise come from nowhere . U look for e nothing. Sometimes u get the noise and stop. Very annouying
