Sound glitch?

Hey guys! , So I have a question regarding the game. So its my first time playing in PC and I noticed that the sound has some technical issues, So lets say gunfight everybody is shotting and whatnot and when I turn around away from the fight (per say to run away and regen) The shooting sound dissapears. Or lets say when a character has a dialog, When I look away from them you literally don't hear them. It just a weird thing, Is this a normal thing or something is wrong? Thanks!
