Sound Issue, stuttering when playing

Summarize your bug I'm having audio issues, which suddenly started after 2 weeks of gaming, seems after the UI update 22.11.18. OS: Windows 10 1809 Headphones: Razer Nari Chroma Razer Synapse 3 & Central installed. Tried disabling them & uninstalling, but problem persists on other sound systems. No specific systems running in the background, but "Antimalware Service Executable" is jumping to 5 % when alt+tabbing out of the game. Annoying solution: Alt+tab in and out of the game 4-20 times and suddenly the sound is fine.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Hey, this is a bit of an older thread so is unlikely to be active so we'll close it off. 

It does appear that 3rd party programs are a factor so testing with a Clean Boot may help.
