Starting a fleet battle I had to reenter the hangar to change ships, since I didn't like my starter ship, while cpt npc pants was talking. Then the whole game only the music and the voice lines were loud enough to hear. All sound effects and ques were muffled. Like literally listening to them with ear muffs. Bit distracting considering how important sound alerts in this game are. I think it could have been that effects could be muffled when the voice actors are talking, so when I entered the hangar the muffle got stuck on? If so simple work around is to not muffle when he talks, since after 2 games he's white noise anyway (and his unconvincing posh accent is a bit grating).
