Something wrong with my game [ Edited ]

So i have over 400 hours on this game, after the last patch my game quality is not the same, I just die instantly no matter what I'm doing, strafing, running etc also doors are not opening smoothly anymore they are like lagging or something... I don't have the red connection sign on my screen at any time... I barely can kill someone now! What is going on !?

Btw I''m playing on London server, in the data center it says 25 ping ...

Check if you have any downloads in the background. Also check for Windows updates and driver updates. Consider repairing your game in Origin and restarting your router.
