Someone played on my game and messed it up!

Good afternoon, I recently went to get on to apex and something seemed off. First when you pull up the game is does this weird black flashing, then once you're on the game, it turns super glitchy. Some how I got to Gold 4 without even playing the game and got levels. Then I received an email saying I got banned for hacking. When you try to load up a game mode or go into firing range, it always says connection failure or something along those lines. I feel like someone has really messed with my game and would like to either have it fixed or looked into.

We're currently looking into a number of connection reports similar to those you've mentioned, but it may help to check some of the basic steps here as well: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/  

Regarding the ban however, you'll definitely want to reach out to an advisor so our Terms of Service team can review that for you. That's not something we're able to do via the forums, but you can find the steps to have that investigated here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/
