Someone hacked into my MUT and traded away all my good players.

Someone hacked into my account and got into my madden game. They decided to trade away all my best players, to themselves I'm assuming. EA promised to take care of it. Their version of taking care of it was to restore only one of the 5 players I lost, and claim theres nothing else they can do. Is this really all they can do? I've been a loyal EA customer for 25 years. This could end that.

In their eyes it was resolved. They ultimately only replaced 1 of the 5 highly rated players I lost in this ordeal. They state it's because they dont jabe access to the other 4 players cards, which isnt true. I called them out on that excuse, and they go right back to the program answer that you just gave me. Smh
