It’s been a month now since I reported a case on help.ea.com, until now I haven’t heard from your support group, for one month I am waiting and there is no single email that I received on how is it going.
Is this how you treat your paying gamers? A message about the progress should suffice. But nothing happened.
@Puddinggerz Thanks for that information, I've reached out to the team handling the case to see if I can get some further info now. Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly as I can see that you've been waiting for quite a bit.
@Puddinggerz Sorry for the wait, haven't forgotten about you! It's been raised up to the game team to see what the actual issue is and I'm simply waiting for them to get back to me at the moment.
