Since the server outage last week I've lost my kill stats and some levels

Unfortunately I don't have records of what my stats were before they were reset, but I've attached a picture showing that even though I'm well on my way through my CR-2 upgrades (a weapon you can only unlock after 200 kills), the game says I only have 50 Assault Kills total. The same problem exists for all my class kills.

I also lost progress for any unfinished hero achievements, but this isn't remotely as big a deal as losing hundreds of class kills.

I've also lost account levels. I was in the upper 20s, maybe even reached 30, but it now says I'm only 19. My actual class levels seem okay, though since I never expected to lose progress I don't have any sort of records to compare hero levels or anything to.

This is on PC. I did play briefly when the servers were apparently having issues. I've played multiple days since the servers were fixed, so sadly restarting the game hasn't fixed this.

Please advise! Losing dozens of hours of weapon unlock progress is extremely demoralizing! Thanks.
