Since Last Update /Patch players react in everything 25 % slower

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) since date all the time

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All my players reaction 25% slower since the Patch is release .
What happens when the bug occurs? All my players react in every game online mode 25% slower. Running/Passing/ Running in free space / defending /covering the opponent/ Shots on Goals /Headers in everything . Instead of make the connection better . The patch slowed down my team in everything. Before the Patch it happen maybe in 1 from 20 games . now it happen in 19 from 20 games .
What should be happening instead? The Players should react normally ?!

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

Hey @Ragonik when responding to a CM please ensure that you tag them so as to ensure that we see your message.

Looking at your UO Trace and it's not bad but you do have some quite high Ping times toward the end. I'd suggest going through the connection troubleshooting steps and then rerunning the UO Trace.

@EA_Darko  okay 2 weeks and no response.

When nobody has an idea it would be nice for at minimum an answer but ignoring it. As a support is this the lowest you can do.

I am the deepest disappointed. Alone about the mistakes in the gamer or that you have always had problems when you have GIVE away. 

The second time you can't provide your Twitch Packs right away. Really and about that * that happen online again. I really feel to cancel my pre order for FIFA 20

I get anyway not full support after all from you. I really disappointed with your support. And that makes me and others who try to judge you fairly so angry about that company.

What Helps a Ping test for my PC when I play it on a PS4 ? Why instead not a test for the consoles ???

Hey @Ragonik it can happen that a post gets overlooked as has happened here. My apologies for this. A Path Ping or a UO Trace tests your connection and how it is being routed, as there is no tool to do this on a console we suggest using a PC to run it. It is not about testing the console bur rather your connection.

Looking at yours and you have some very high ping times. I would suggest trying the steps for connection troubleshooting and if you continue to see such high ping times that you speak with your ISP who will be able to advise you on improving your connection.
