Hi all
so I reinstalled The Sims Mobile for iPad last night, did my character creating and a few work quests before heading to bed. Tried to play this morning but I keep getting told to check my connection as I appeared offline. I know it’s just The Sims Mobile that’s having issues because I’m also playing Star Wars Commander with no problems. I’ve turned my iPad off/on and even deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing has changed. Any suggestions?

That's strange @SithLadyVentress. Is this still happening now?
If so, what is your player ID? This number is shown at the right top of the loading screen
