Sims mobile crashes when I look at Izzy's clothing that I received

Every time I go to look at Izzy's clothing with a Sim it doesn't matter which Sim it crashes. So I have to restart the game. I've done several things I have already cleared cash and restarted the game. I uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game that didn't work either. I also restarted my phone that did not work.
