Sims mobile - Start a new day crash [ Edited ]

I installed sim mobile few days ago. My first sim celebrated its ,,birthday" today. When I turned on sims mobile today. It said ,,Its a new day", then it moved me to new screen. It had button that says ,,Start a new day" . When this new screen showed up sim-thing stopped turning. Then it crashes. Playing on Alcatel OneTouch Pop-Star (unrecognized device).

We can't support that sadly. If you live in Brazil (or when the game is officially released also outside of Brazil) you need to download the game through the app store. The app store will check if you device is compatible to the game.

I didn't. I downloaded it from aptoide.

I download sim in play store and now it keep crashing every time I open the game. Try to build new Sim, and it running well.. But everytime I connect to my old character it keep crashing
