Sims mobile - No adverts ??

Hi guys

I'm playing Sims mobile on my oneplus 3 ( android ) and when I first started I was getting adverts after completing each event.

I am now getting absolutely no adverts and so far have probably lost out on a couple thousand 💰💰

My other half plays it on her iPad and gets no issues and has the adverts.

I never thought I would complain about not having adverts but in this case the money is needed big time.

Hopefully someone can help but either way it's hugely appreciated

Playing on Oneplus 5t.

I have NO ads either, like zero. None. I saw one once at the beginning of the game, tried to watch it and it crashed the game. Since that moment, no ads whatsoever.

I'd like to have ads please.
