Have you looked to see if there is an update for your Chromebook. That fixed the issue for me,

Hi, I can install it at all on an Acer Chromebook 15 (2017) and Acer Spin 11 (2017) got the latest Chrome version and Playstore update?

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the wait. Please, try pressing F4 or 'Fullscreen' key if your Chromebook has one, and check if that makes any difference. It's also worth a try to simply pressing Alt+Tab to change apps, and back to the game, it may help.

Have all of you checked if there's any updates available for you?

 

@TheRealEmily36, which Chromebook are you using?

 

@Vieuxtje-SvD are you using Google Play Store to download the apps in both Chromebooks?

Yes we are trying to download from the store.

Could i be related to our location settings both are configured based in Holland/netherlands.

You shouldn't have any issues to download the game in Holland/Netherlands, no. If the issue is that Google Play is telling you the game is not compatible and that's why you can't download it, please, check this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Info-Compatibility-on-Android-devices/td-p/6678650
