Sims Mobile black screen on ChromeOS.

So I just installed The Sims Mobile on my chromebook, and its not working. It shows the EA and Maxis logo correctly, and after that, it goes to a black screen. any help?

I have the same problem. It happened with animal crossing too but they fixed that fast. hopefully it will happen with this as well.

Could you try to reinstall the game? Just to make sure the problem is not a download or installation issue with corrupted files.

If the problem is still there after reinstalling, could you share the model of your Chromebook with us?

I have tried to reinstall 4 times...same problem. I have an Asus C302c

I have no option to do anything. It shows the splash screen and goes to black. Is there a key combo that we can try?

Just wanted to let you know that I had an update on my chromebook and now the game is playing. Fingers crossed it will continue to be good. Thank you for your help.

I have a chrome pixel book and it is doing this very same thing.  I just downloaded it and nothing.
