Sims Mobile Giving Black Screen on Chromebook

I just installed The Sims Mobile on my Acer Chromebook 11 But when I installed it gives me the EA logo and Maxis but then I hear a noise but nothing showing I try reinstalling it but it still giving me a Black screen. any fixes here?

I just check the forum and it really didn't help at all. I don't know why it keeps crashing

Did you ever get help from EA on this?  They have no solution for the crashing after an update.  I’ve put money into the app and now I can’t play it anymore.  On Google Chromebook.  Tried all the troubleshooting advice.  Nothing works.
