To:EA/Maxix Team;
Hi I just post to asked/confirmed with the team
pertaining to my Sims Mobile Game Progress Losts;Which I had sent a email about to the team &They had Reply to me & also Stated that they had sent my game issue to the team & that it is in good hands. However I haven't received any feedback/Update regarding my sims mobile game issue sent. Just Wanted to know if its best for me to restart my game progress & work my way up the levels.

Also Just Post to Mention that My Sims Mobile Game Still Crashes/Forced Closed & I had tried. Uninstalling & Reinstalling The Sims. Is Thry A Fix for this so that player's can save they game through gmail as well &be able to play it as well:just asking. I look forward to your feed

I just spent a couple of hours getting my SIM up to level 8, bought the bamboo, and placed it when the game froze and now my SIM is back to Level 7 and the bamboo is gone. Also, all the changes to appearance are gone. Why does this progress loss keep happening? I have the game saved on every platform available: FB, EA, Twitter, Google. There shouldn't be any progress loss...EVER. This is SO frustrating! Please fix it.

I’ve just lost my progress for the whole day after getting a few of my sims to 100% in hobby and careers! Now my downtown club won’t let me see inside even though my sim is in there doing a friendship activity & when I manage to let me see there are sims in there but no furniture! I don’t understand what’s going on 😭

I just want to put in my two pennies worth here. I am on the same boat as many of you here. I lost my progression of the game along with my Sim I created for the last Sim slot I unlocked. My game didn't get saved properly, and when I logged back in the game, the Sim was gone. Not only had I lost that Sim, but also the Sim slot became unusable. It is empty, but doesn't let me create a Sim.

I have contacted the UK technical support, but only answer I have got so far is that their specialist team is aware of the issues and working to resolve them.  However, I don't know when it will actually get fixed or how long the wait is going to be.

I am so torn on what my next action should be. I can play the current game, but I am stuck with just having three Sims. If I start a new game, I will have to unlock everything again and lose everything I got so far...but I have no idea if my current game will actually get fixed or when it will be fixed, so I am getting frustrated and torn.

The issue with the slot being unusable, could you open a new post in the bug forum for this?
